     1. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery             to a carrier.

     2. Fees: In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a

         non-refundable order processing fee, which will be reflected in your checkout total.

     3. Transfers: Our products are intended for use by you and are not intended for resale to third parties. If you resell our products, you do so at your own risk.

5. HEMP DISCLOSURE

We offer legal industrial hemp that is grown pursuant to a cultivation license from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, as well as departments of agriculture in other federally compliant US states with hemp programs. Indiana and Kentucky have implemented agricultural pilot programs under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. The Farm Bill defines ‘‘industrial hemp’’ as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Steel & Leaf LLC makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website in your jurisdiction, that any product on the Website is legal for resale in your jurisdiction, or that you will be able to pass a drug test after consuming products available on the Website. 7. SHIPPING

Steel & Leaf LLC ships packages according to our customers’ shipping method requests, or by standard selection. Steel & Leaf LLC is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.
